Senior associates carry significant client and file responsibility, are expected to develop junior colleagues, and are working toward a promotion that requires a different set of capabilities than the ones that got them here. We work with this group individually and in cohorts.

How we work with firms

We start with a direct conversation about what is actually happening, not a needs assessment form. Most engagements begin with the PD leader, managing partner, or practice group leader who is closest to the challenge.

Programs are built around your context. We do not adapt existing content for your firm. We start from your environment, your people, and the specific transition or challenge you are working through.

As an independent outside partner, we can say things directly that internal teams are not always positioned to say, and engage with the real dynamics in the room rather than a managed version of them.

Engagements range from a single workshop to a multi-session program to ongoing advisory. We are selective about fit and work with a focused number of clients at a time.
